Really good brunch and lovely people behind the counter. We waited a while for our coffee, but it was worth it.
Stamgæst writes the replies to your Google reviews. You read them and press send.
Guests notice whether a place replies. But after a long shift, it's rarely what you feel like doing. Stamgæst fetches your reviews, drafts a reply in your tone, and only posts it once you've approved it.
Thank you, Mette! So glad you enjoyed the brunch. And thanks for mentioning the coffee. Saturday mornings can get busy, and we're working on getting it out faster. Hope to see you again.
How it works
-
Connect your café
Sign in with the Google account that manages your café's Business Profile. You can revoke access at any time.
-
Read the drafts
New reviews show up with a draft reply, written in the tone you've chosen. Edit the text if you like.
-
Approve and send
The reply is posted to Google when you press send. Nothing is posted without you.
See what guests keep mentioning
One review doesn't say much. A hundred do. Stamgæst reads them all and groups what guests bring up again and again, so you can see what's working and what isn't.
